A Micromoon is when a Full Moon or a New Moon coincides with apogee, the point in the Moon's orbit farthest away from Earth. We invite you to the Heart of the Flint Hills for an amazing experience and the perfect place to view this is the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve just north of Strong City, the Schrumph Hill Scenic overlook just south of Cottonwood Falls, The PrairyArt Path north of Matfield Green are just some ideas!
