An Evening at The Cliff

The Chase County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce "An Evening at The Cliff," a special event taking place on Thursday, February 22, starting at 6:00pm. This unique evening will celebrate our newest, vibrant local business, The Cliff at Clover Cliff Ranch while providing valuable insights into social media basics.

The festivities will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 6:00pm, marking the official commencement of the event. Attendees will then indulge in a delightful assortment of hors d’oeuvres, allowing them to savor the culinary offerings of The Cliff, a prominent local restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and warm ambiance. About The Cliff : The Cliff at Clover Cliff Ranch is a Flint Hills dining destination led by partner and executive chef Jacob Holmes. Chef Holmes’ vision of Flint Hill’s fine dining is expressed in every dish, from ice tea-brined fried chicken to roasted bone marrow with a garlic herb compound butter candle with baguette toast points. Join us and experience classic Flint Hills food, elevated and with a twist.Following this, a short tour of the restaurant will be provided, offering a glimpse into the hidden gems that make The Cliff a cherished establishment in the community.

At 6:30pm, the spotlight turns to John and Zoey from Ad Astra Directive, who will lead an engaging and informative social media basics class. This session aims to empower local businesses and individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape effectively.

Members of the Chase County Chamber of Commerce and media representatives are encouraged to attend "An Evening at The Cliff" for an enriching experience that combines celebration, culinary delights, and valuable insights into social media strategies. Join us in fostering connections and promoting community growth on February 22 at 6:00pm. The ribbon cutting and tour are free to all. There is a $15 non-member fee to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres and attend the social media class.
